With the help of ACSEP and in only 4 months, BETA moved into a brand new logistic warehouse which was initially an indoor football hall! An express and very strategic move to meet the company's growth.

For a long time we were looking for a larger building, but one that would remain in our logistics area for our employees. Given the limited supply and the short timeframe, we decided to convert an indoor football hall into a logistics warehouse. A real challenge!
ACSEP supported us in this highly strategic project by helping us to bring the building up to standard, to reorganise our logistics according to the rotation of our 10,000 references and good business practices, and to prioritise the numerous worksites. ACSEP also helped us to map and fit out the new warehouse, to optimise the picking circuits, all within very tight deadlines and with great professionalism.
We have achieved our objectives: our logistics organisation has become more efficient and responsive, our customers benefit from better availability of parts and faster delivery, and our employees have become more autonomous, better at work and more versatile!
