We moved into a brand new 5,000m2 warehouse to consolidate the majority of our activities, including logistics.
We asked ACSEP to assist us with the layout of the site and the implementation of best practices in order to absorb our growth and meet market demand. ACSEP carried out an extremely detailed analysis of all of our company's logistics data in order to advise us on the layout, storage structures and best practices in the profession, as well as on the layout of the various workstations in the warehouse.
Since then, we have taken a step forward. We are more agile and have a better capacity to anticipate. Finally, our shipping service is more reliable and faster.
